How to make a Negroni Sbagliato.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth

  • 1 oz Campari

  • 1 oz Sparkling Wine

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in the mixing glass, except for the sparkling wine.
  • Add ice to the mixing glass.
  • Stir the ingredients for 10 – 15 seconds. Try to avoid over-diluting the drink.
  • Strain into a glass with ice and top with sparkling wine.
