Mayan Mule – A Tequila Variation of the Moscow mule

The tequila variation of the Moscow Mule substituting tequila/mezcal for vodka. While the original has a more clean and refreshing ginger beer and lime taste, in this one the tequila adds a really cool cactus-y taste. If you use a smoky mezcal then you get an even stronger cactus taste with some smoke flavor. Put a little Tajin or chilies spices on top and you’re good to go.
