How to make a Queen Park Swizzle

Ingredients

  • 5 whole 5 whole Mint Leaves

  • 1/2 oz 15 ml Lime Juice

  • 1/2 oz 15 ml Simple Syrup

  • 3 oz 90 ml Gold Rum

  • 2 dash 2 dash Angostura Bitters

Directions

  • Add all the ingredients to the large metal cup of your shaker. (Do not add the Angostura Bitters if you wish to top it with them).
  • Add crushed ice to the tin.
  • Using a swizzle stick, quickly spin the swizzle stick between the palms of your hands to blend to drink. If you do not have a swizzle stick, a normal crushed ice shake works.
  • Stop once you have built a nice frost outside the shaker. Dirty pour the whole drink, ice and all, into a tall glass.
  • Top with Angostura Bitters if you did not add them to the shaker.
