- 5 whole Mint Leaves
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 3 oz Aged Rum
- 2 dash Angostura Bitters
Add all the ingredients to the large metal cup of your shaker. (Do not add the Angostura Bitters if you wish to top it with them). Add crushed ice to the tin. Using a swizzle stick, quickly spin the swizzle stick between the palms of your hands to blend to drink. If you do not have a swizzle stick, a normal crushed ice shake works. Stop once you have built a nice frost outside the shaker. Dirty pour the whole drink, ice and all, into a tall glass. Top with Angostura Bitters if you did not add them to the shaker.
