Ingredients
0.5 oz 15 ml Lime Juice
1/3 oz 10 ml Cinnamon Syrup
1 tsp 5 ml Orgeat
1.5 oz 45 ml White Rum
1.5 oz 45 ml Black Rum
2 dashes 2 dashes Absinthe
Directions
- Technique: Tiki Dirty Pour
- Combine all ingredients into a shaker with crushed ice.
- Vigorously shake for 10 seconds.
- Dirty pour the whole shaker into a glass. Crushed ice and all.
- Garnish:
- Ice cave made from formed shaved ice.
