3 oz 90 40% Vodka
0.1 tsp 0.5 ml Lemon Essential Oil
Directions
- Add neutral spirit to a small glass container.
- Add lemon essential oil and stir to combine. Store in a cool, dark place.
- NOTE: ONLY USE COLD PRESS OR STEAM-DISTILLED ESSENTIAL OILS! Never use oils cut with filler oils or solvent extracted.

Use the 5% solution for soda syrups or when baking very large batches. High potency recipe is 10x more concentrated than the 0.5% recipe. Use the 0.5% solution for a standard extract that is similar to what one would buy at a grocery store.
