Ingredients
- Essence of Cinnamon Ingredients
1 oz 30 Everclear 95% (Ethanol)
0.3 tsp 1.5 ml Pure Cinnamon Essentail Oil
- Cinnamon Syrup Ingredients
3 cups 600 g Granulated Sugar
14 oz 400 ml Hot Water
0.2 tsp 1 ml Essence of Cinnamon
- Cinnamon Soda
2 oz 60 ml Cinnamon Syrup
0.2 tsp 1 ml Acid Phosphate
10 oz 300 ml Soda Water
Directions
- Essence of Cinnamon Instructions:
- Combine alcohol and cinnamon essential oil in a glass jar. Shake or stir to combine.
- Cinnamon Syrup Instructions:
- In a large, heat-resistant mixing bowl, combine white sugar, and warm water. Stir till the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Stir in the essence of cinnamon.
- Cinnamon Soda Instructions:
- Combine homemade cinnamon syrup and acid phosphate in a 12 oz glass.
- Top with soda water and give a couple stirs to fully mix the syrup.
