- Lemon-Lime Syrup Ingredients
3 cups 600 g Granulated Sugar
14 oz 200 ml Warm Water
0.1 tsp 0.5 ml Essence of Lime
0.1 tsp 0.5 ml Essence of Lemon
- Lemon-Lime Soda
2 oz 60 ml Lemon-Lime Syrup
0.2 tsp 1 ml Citric Acid Solution (1:3)
10 oz 300 ml Soda Water

- Essence Flavor Instructions
- Combine alcohol and lemon essential oil in a glass jar. Shake or stir to combine.
- Combine alcohol and lime essential oil in a glass jar. Shake or stir to combine.
- Lemon Lime Syrup Instructions:
- In a large, heat-resistant mixing bowl, combine white sugar, and warm water. Stir till the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Stir in the essence of lemon, and essence of lime.
- Lemon Lime Soda Instructions:
- Combine lemon-lime syrup and citric acid solution in a 12 oz glass.
- Top with soda water and give a couple stirs to fully mix the syrup.
