How to make Cranberry Syrup

Ingredients

  • Essence of Clove Ingredients
  • 1 oz 1 Everclear 95%

  • 0.3 tsp 0.3 Clove Oil

  • Essence of Orange Ingredients
  • 1 oz 1 Everclear 95%

  • 0.3 tsp 0.3 Orange Oil

  • Cranberry Syrup Ingredients
  • 14 oz 400 ml Cranberry Juice

  • 3 cups 600 g Granulated Sugar

  • 0.1 tsp 0.5 ml Essence of Orange

  • 0.1 tsp 0.5 ml Essence of Clove

Directions

  • Flavor Essence Instructions
  • In a glass jar, combine a high-proof neutral spirit, lemon oil, orange oil, and clove oil. Blend the oil and ethanol mixture.
  • Cranberry Syrup Instructions
  • In a large, heat-resistant mixing bowl, combine white sugar and warmed cranberry juice. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  • To the syrup, add 1 ml (0.2 tsp) of the lemon, orange, and clove oil mixture. Bottle the syrup for storage.
