Ingredients
- Essence of Orange Ingredients
1 oz 30 Everclear 95% (Ethanol)
0.3 tsp 1.5 ml Pure Orange Essentail Oil
- Cactus Cooler Syrup Clone Ingredients
3 cups 600 g Granulated Sugar
14 oz 400 ml Hot Water
0.2 tsp 1 ml Essence of Orange
3 oz 90 ml Concentrated Pineapple Juice
- Cactus Cooler Soda Clone
2 oz 60 ml Cactus Cooler Syrup
0.2 tsp 1 ml Citric Acid Solution (1:3)
10 oz 300 ml Soda Water
Directions
- Essence of Orange Instructions:
- Combine alcohol and orange essential oil in a glass jar. Shake or stir to combine.
- Cactus Cooler Syrup Instructions:
- In a large, heat-resistant mixing bowl, combine white sugar, and warm water. Stir till the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Stir in the essence of orange, and pineapple concentrate.
- Cactus Cooler Soda Instructions:
- Combine homemade cactus cooler syrup and citric acid solution in a 12 oz glass.
- Top with soda water and give a couple stirs to fully mix the syrup.
