3 cups 600 g Granulated Sugar
14 oz 400 ml Warm Water
0.3 tsp 1.5 ml Essence of Birch Beer

0.2 tsp 1 ml Acid Phosphate
10 oz 300 ml Soda Water
Directions
- Flavor Essence Instructions
- Combine alcohol and essential oils in a glass jar. Shake or stir to combine.
- Birch Beer Syrup Instructions
- Combine white sugar, hot water, and caramel coloring in a large heat-resistant mixing bowl. Stir till the sugar is completely dissolved
- Add flavor essences to the syrup.
- Birch Beer Soda Instructions
- To make a drink, combine 2 oz (60 mLs) birch beer syrup, acid phosphate, and 10 oz (300 mLs) soda water.
